Been awhile!!! Lots to catch up on! We had a great time in Arthur this weekend! I loved catching up with everyone and of course I'm now missing them all like crazy :)

We got there Saturday morning around 4:00 a.m. Saturday Mom and I went to some rummage sales and played with little Jacob. Later Jeremy, Rachel and the kids came over. Mom had found a little pair of converse all-stars for Matthew that looked exactly like Jeremy's pair. He called them "my perfect shoes", it was so cute! Shawn was there all day as well and Katie came over after work. Sunday we had a cook-out with tons of family for Katie and Shawn's graduation. I'm so proud of both of them! Jacob started getting sick that night and had to go to the hospital. I guess he's still fighting it even now, but I talked to Mom tonight and she said he's slowly getting better. I had a great time visiting with all my family, so good to see everyone!

Monday morning we had breakfast with Mom and Dad and visited for awhile before heading home. I'm always so sad to leave. Had a good trip home and went to see X-Men III that night.

Work had been okay this week, glad its a short one! Nothing much planned for this weekend, although Roy may have to work. Well, time for me to grab a snack and head to bed! Hope everyone had a good Tuesday! Take care and God bless!

Almost there!

1 more day of work left! Woo hoo! Not much happening around here tonight. I cleaned the kitchen and have some shake & bake chicken in the oven. Calling it quits now, that's all I'm doing! :-)

I got a nice surprise yesterday. My old co-worker Beth emailed me, it was really good to hear from her. She had heard from my friend Pam that I'm pregnant and wanted to see how its going. She's expecting too, due in July I think.

I also got a Mother's day card in the mail from Matthew and Maddy! It was adorable :-) I can't wait to see everyone next weekend. We're doing nothing this weekend. Roy will have to mow and I'll have to weed my hostas and plant the tomatoes but thats about it!

Tomorrow is hump day! Woo hoo!!! Today was pretty uneventful. It rained off and on this evening, but that's okay because its keeping it cool outside! I have GOT to plant my tomatoes, but it probably won't happen until Saturday. I got two better boy plants and one grape tomato plant, haven't tried those before.

Just talked to Roy on his lunch break. One of his friends from work brought in a ton of maternity clothes from his wife! So exciting! I'm almost to where I need them. Its frustrating, right now I'm too big for my clothes and too small for the maternity clothes I already have. Today I started fastening my pants with a hair tie and it helps a lot (although I'm sure I won't get away with that for very much longer!). So I'm very thankful to them for letting me borrow their stuff.

Time for a bowl of cereal and the couch. Have a great night everybody!

Happy belated Mother's day to my Grandmas, Aunts, sister-in-laws, and especially, my own Mom! I love you all very much!

Today went by pretty fast for a Monday. We had a full weekend, but it was fun! Friday night I headed over to Julie and Brian's after work. Julie and I ran to Wal-Mart, then back to their house to wait on Marsha and Angie. They called and said they were having trouble with the lights on the trailer. So, they had to make frequent stops to mess with that, ended up getting in about four in the morning instead of eleven at night! I stayed there and Roy came over after work...Julie and I crashed in the living room while waiting for them. As soon as they arrived Roy and I came back home to get some sleep.

Saturday I slept in and lazed around most of the morning. We eventually went back to Julie and Brian's for a cookout. We had a good time visiting and eating. Got back here around midnight and went to bed.

Sunday Roy took me to a Mexican restaurant for Mother's Day. We got grocery and did absolutely nothing for the rest of the day. For some reason though I was completely exhausted today. Came home and fell asleep on the couch almost immediately!

I just read Kristi's blog about their break-in. It makes me sick....I'm just so thankful they weren't hurt. Well, its about my bedtime :-) I hope everyone survived their Mondays! Take care and good night!

I love the weather we've been having lately! Don't care if its rainy, as long as the heat is being put off for awhile :-)

Haven't done much the last couple of days. Just work, then resting from work! Roy's other sister is moving here this weekend. She'll stay with Julie and Brian until she finds her own place. She and Roy's Mom will be here late tomorrow night. So, Saturday we'll go over and help her get situated and visit for awhile! No other big plans for this weekend, hopefully Roy won't have to work Saturday so we can spend some time together.

Talked to Mom and Dad for awhile, I can't wait to see everyone over Memorial Day weekend! We're always excited to go home for a visit :-)

Hello! Feels like forever since I've posted! Not too much has happened. Saturday Roy and I got up early and cleaned. He started mowing the lawn while I planted some hostas and re-potted my spider plant. After we were done we cleaned up and went to eat at Ryans. Came back and had to nap for awhile :-) Julie and Brian and the kids came over later, I made some philly cheesesteaks and we played dice and chatted. Had a good visit with them!

Sunday we were LAZY! The only thing we left the house for was to grocery shop :-) Came home, made a homemade pizza, and spent the rest of the night in front of the tv. Work hasn't been too bad the last couple of days...just anxious for Friday as usual :-)

Thank you to everyone who sent pictures of Matthew's birthday party! They all turned out great. Can't believe how big all of the kids are getting! Sounds like everyone had a blast! Well, I have to go clean up the kitchen so I'll sign off! Hope everyone had a great Tuesday!

Finally Friday!

So glad its Friday! Today went alright. After work I drove to Murray to return some movies and pick up some more discs of O.C. (our new show we're addicted to!). Picked up a couple things at Wal-Mart, came home and have just been puttering around! I talked to Mom and Dad, Jeremy was over with his kiddos. I can't believe Matthew is turning three tomorrow! They're having a party for him at the park. Wish I could be there, but I know they'll have a great time.

I THINK I felt my baby move today! I know its early, but they said I may start feeling something as early as 14 weeks, and I'm past that. Sometimes I think I've felt something, even though I know its just gas or muscle twitches...but this time it was different. Guess before too long there won't be any doubt, little britches will be kicking me all the time! Can't wait!

So glad tomorrow is Friday! Today wasn't too bad, neither Julie or I had to spend much time on the saw so we were actually able to work together most of the day. Made the day go by faster, we pretty much made fun of people all day :-)

Not a lot planned for this weekend. Hopefully Roy won't have to work, we're going to try to do as little as possible! We had some storms here last night, supposed to get more tomorrow. We'll see!

Monday is finally over! We had a great time with Mom and Jeremy this weekend! They got here around 11 on Saturday, we visited, browsed some antique shops, ate dinner and then just relaxed. I was sad to see them go Sunday, but we'll be coming down to visit soon :-)

It has bee pretty cool out the last couple days, but I think its supposed to start warming up! I bought some hostas to plant but its been to cold and windy, so I may do it tomorrow. I also need to re-pot my spider plant!

To answer everyone, I painted my bathroom light green, my bedroom light purple (not as gross as it sounds ;) and the kitched dark red. The paint job is far from perfect, but it looks better than the nonsense that was up when we moved in! I'm waiting a while to paint the other bathroom and the baby's room!

Speaking of baby, feels like he/she is still getting bigger! I have officially outgrown my favorite pair of jeans. I feel like I'm getting some energy back which is really good.
